Pilates is a fantastic way to stay active and healthy. It's a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture. Many people enjoy Pilates because it's adaptable to different fitness levels and can be modified to suit individual needs.
The reason why our clients love Pilates and we have 46 classes a week is because:

GETTING STRONG THE SAFE WAY
We’ll start with a full check-up to understand your needs and see where you’re at now. Our physiotherapists will then create a personalised exercise program just for you, focusing on the areas that need improvement.
You’ll take part in 40-minute Clinical Pilates classes, led by a physiotherapist, with no more than 5 other people. This small size means you get the attention you need. Our physiotherapist will be right there with you—guiding your movements, correcting your form, and adjusting exercises so you improve safely and effectively.
After 4-6 weeks, you’ll have a follow-up with your main physiotherapist. We’ll review how you’re doing, talk about your goals, and repeat some key tests to see the progress you’ve made.

Building practical, everyday strength — safely and effectively.
Our exercise classes are designed to build practical, everyday strength—the kind that makes daily tasks easier. At the heart of our program is a smart, gradual approach to training. Research shows this method effectively builds muscle and leads to major gains in strength.
For older adults and people managing health conditions, strength training is key. It helps build stronger muscles, which helps you stay stronger for longer. This strength makes daily life easier—you’ll find it simpler to stand up from a chair, go upstairs, and carry shopping bags. The result is more independence and a much lower chance of falls and injuries.
Sticking to a well-designed workout routine does more than just help you physically. It can be a powerful tool to lift your mood, ease anxiety, and manage chronic pain. You’ll often find yourself with more energy, feeling more connected socially, and gaining greater confidence.
Yes — our classes are low-impact and led by physiotherapists who tailor every exercise to your level. We use a gradual approach to build strength safely.

Wear comfortable and stretchy clothing that you don’t mind exercising in. Socks with grip are required when exercising in the gym. You can also buy a pair of grippy socks from our friendly receptionists at the front desk.
We help with acute injuries and pain, as well as chronic conditions.
