The Onero™ Program is backed by robust research, including the LIFTMOR (Lifting Intervention For Training Muscle and Osteoporosis Rehabilitation) trial. This study showed that targeted high-intensity resistance and impact training could increase bone density, improve functional performance, and reduce the risk of falls in postmenopausal women with low bone mass.

What to Expect at Elevate Physio and Pilates
When you join the Onero™ Program at our clinic, you’ll work closely with physiotherapists who are trained and certified in the Onero™ methodology. Your program will be delivered in a small-group setting, ensuring close supervision and a supportive environment.
